Privacy Notice

As data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Ulugut Pansiyon processes the personal data you submit through our website as described below.

Data we process

• Identity and contact details: full name, phone number, email address
• Booking details: dates, number of guests, room preference and your note
• Security data: IP address and verification data generated for spam protection

Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to receive your booking request, check availability, contact you and plan your stay, on the basis that it is directly related to the formation of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in website security (art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Limited to these purposes, your data may be shared with our hosting and storage provider (Cloudflare), the email and messaging providers used to deliver booking notifications, and competent authorities where required by law. These providers' servers may be located abroad.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as required for these purposes and by applicable law, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may request information about, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing and claim compensation for damages.
